We have exciting news to share – we're holding an in-person 2-hour meditation retreat! This is an wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with fellow meditators, and immerse yourself in a supportive community.

Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to meditation, this event is open to all.
